Terms and Conditions

  • Deposits are required within 7 days of reservation being made.
  • Security deposits on bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded
  • Where bookings are cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a refund will still be made if the site/accommodation has been re-sold.
  • All refunds subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
  • Final payment is due on arrival
  • We strongly advise travel insurance
  • Children prices 2-15 years
  • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents
  • Security deposits and pre-paid tariffs can be paid over the phone with most credit cards.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • 7 nights minimum booking during Dec/Jan school holidays.  See reception for arrival dates.
  • 4 nights minimum Easter bookings from Thursday night
  • No room onsite numbers are guaranteed only room type.
  • Rooms only accommodate number of people per beds in units
  • No annexes or tents on en-suite grassed area
  • All rooms are non-smoking
